Trulli for sale - Habitable trulli properties
Itria Valley
The Itria Valley is the most well-known area of central Puglia for its trulli. Throughout the valley there are trulli, ranging from unrestored agricultural field stores to large masserias and houses restored to a high standard.

It is not surprising the area is sought-after, as the rolling hills, with olive groves and fruit orchards, form an exceptionally attractive landscape. And at the same time you can have a peaceful rural atmosphere whilst being within a few minutes' drive of the most attractive towns of the area - Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello.

Ceglie Messapica area
Property in this area is extremely good value. The area benefits from proximity to Brindisi airport, with Bari also a good option.
Ostuni area, San Michele Salentino and San Vito dei Normanni
The Ostuni area includes the coastal plain towards the Adriatic, and the town of Carovigno.
In the area south of Ostuni towards San Michele Salentino and San Vito dei Normanni the landscape changes from rolling countryside becoming flatter, with olive groves the predominating feature. The area again benefits from proximity to Brindisi airport, with Bari also easily accessible. The area has become popular for its rural properties at good prices.
